Stunning Sticky Chicken & Oxo Roast Potatoes

I'm so glad I found out about these two recipes because I think they are going to be firm favourites in my house from now on. 

Both recipes are very easy to prepare & need minimal ingredients. I served the chicken & potatoes with a yummy speed salad.
