Chip Topped Cottage Pie

A take on traditional cottage pie tonight. 💓

I simply browned 5% fat beef mince with a handful of chopped onions and couple of handfuls on frozen mixed vegetables. Added beef stock and cooked in slow cooker for a few hours. 
Pile chips on top of the mince. Add cheese and pop the slow cooker lid back on for another 10 minutes.
