Delicious strawberry, cherry & pineapple overnight oats this morning 🍓🍍🍒
There are quite a few different versions of overnight oats but here is how I make mine. Measure 40g porridge oats into a container with a lid. I use a small glass kilner jar. Pour over frozen fruits, anything you've got! Add a portion of natural fat free yogurt. You can keep it plain or flavour it with skinny syrups or sweetner. Leave in fridge overnight. Hopefully by the morning the fruit will have defrosted and the juices and yogurt will have soaked through the oats to make a delicious breakfast. If not give it a quick mix up!
