I love pancakes, I mean I really love them. Sometimes we ditch actual dinner and just have pancakes. Forget waiting for shrove Tuesday, pancakes are a regular meal on our household menu.
My favourite way to serve is a pancake stack. Pancakes stacked with fruit and topped with more fruit and chocolate sauce or skinny syrup. Its a taste sensation.😂
- 40g porridge oats
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsps fat free yogurt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Sweetner or skinny syrup to taste
- Optional extras - mini marshmallows, crushed cereal bar etc.. ❤️
