Slimming World Chips

Do you love chips and feel deprived when on a 'diet?' You are in luck because with Slimming World food optimsing potatoes are totally and utterly free and you can eat them unlimited! How fab is that?
One of our favourite meals is chips, chips and more chips!

Let me show you how to make them Slimming World style!

You will need approximately 5 small to medium sized potatoes to serve 2 adults.

No need to peel, cut into chips

Add to pan, cover with cold water and bring to boil. Once boiling turn down heat and simmer for aprox 5 minutes.

Drain water and leave to sit in colander for a couple of minutes

Spray Frylight onto a tray

Add chips and spray with more Frylight

Pop in a hot oven and bake until brown and crispy - approximately half hour. Half way through cooking time remove from oven and toss chips. Spray more Frylight if required. Different ovens will take different amount of times.

TIP: Experiment with flavours, how about sprinkling cajun spice or paprika on the chips before you cook them. Or making them into wedges or rounds instead of chips!
