Kedgeree

I was hunting in the fridge and cupboards last night looking for something quick and easy and more importantly syn free to have for tea last night and I found a packet of smoked salmon. Result! Lets make kedgeree!
Ingredients :
Hard boiled eggs roughly chopped
Smoked fish flaked
Curry powder to taste
Frozen peas
Chopped vegetables - I used spring onions & asparagus
Cooked rice (not photographed) Fin


Method
Gently fry the vegetables in frylight for a few minutes until softened.
Now add all the other ingredients, mix well ensuring all ingredients are combined and warm. Simply serve & enjoy
