Its been a little while since I blogged so I've got some catching up to do! I've got lots of new recipes to share with you and Il get them uploaded very soon.
My new love is curry loaf.
Tin of Chickpea Dahl (be careful to check the nutritional information, some brands are high in calories)
Sachet of dried Curry Rice
Make up rice as directed then simply mix well all ingredients together, transfer to oven dish and back on medium for aprox half hour. Let stand for 5 mins then scoff away! You will love it!
