It's Souper!

Ive discovered soup! Why did I not believe people before when they told me how delicious, easy, filling & healthy it could be?

First up was 

Cream of Brocolli


Ingredients:
Head of Brocolli chopped into pieces
One large potato peeled and cut into small chunks
Handful of chopped onion
Teaspoon of chopped garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
600ml Vegetable stock

Method:
Add all ingredients to pan, bring to boil & simmer until vegetables cooked. Blend until smooth.

I then found this recipe for tomato soup with a very odd ingredient which makes this taste very similar to a certain brand ;)
Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
6 Fresh tomatoes or tin of tomatoes
Tin of carrots
Tin of Baked Beans
600ml Vegetable Stock
1 Pickled onion

Method:

Add all ingredients to pan, bring to boil & simmer for 5 minutes. Blend until smooth.

Next up is cauliflower soup, I wasnt sure about this one as I'm really not a fan of cauliflower but boy this goooood! 
Cauliflower & Cheese Soup
Ingredients 
Head of cauliflower roughly chopped
10 Extra Light Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles
Handful of chopped onion
800ml Chicken stock
Bit of chilli if you want a bit of bite otherwise just salt & pepper

Method:
Add all ingredients to pan, bring to boil & simmer until cauliflower cooked. Blend until smooth.
