Potato Cakes

These yummy potato cakes make a lovely snack or meal accompaniment.
Kiesworld potato cakes:
4 large potatoes peeled & chopped
1 small onion finely diced
1 egg
1/2 tbsp Aromat seasoning or other multi purpose seasoning
1tsp garlic granules
45g cheese 
 
Add potatoes and onions to pan of boiling water and cook until soft. Mash well with egg, seasoning & garlic. Divide mixture into 12 balls and squish into patties.
Place patties on a baking sheet and spray liberally with frylight. Cook in a hot oven until golden brown (aprox 20 mins)
Remove from oven and top each pattie with a little grated cheese and return to oven to melt.
