Cheese Scones

Ingredients:

1 packet of instant potato
1 pot of quark
3 eggs
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together, shape into 18 small scones and bake in a medium oven for aprox 20 minutes or until browned.

These are exceptionally yummy straight out the oven so watch you dont eat too many!
Also nice cold with a dollup of cream cheese and a big salad.
