This chicken and noodle soup is so quick and easy to make so what
could be better!
Ingredients:
1/2 Small onion finely chopped
1 Garlic clove finely chopped
750ml chicken stock
60g dried thin noodles
Cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
Seasoning to taste

Method:
1. Chop onion finely
2. Gently fry onion and garlic for couple of minutes in a little oil
3. Make up stock with chicken stock cubes.
4. Measure 80g dried noodles
5. Add noodles and stock to pan, bring to boil and then simmer until noodles cooked
6. Chop up cooked chicken breast
7. Add chicken to pan and cook for few minutes to ensure chicken is hot
